Printing Plate B Location & Press Puzzle Solution

01 · Do this

Follow the route in order.

1. 01

   At the Church graveyard, use the Star Key on the Star-locked tomb (mausoleum) and take Printing Plate C inside.

2. 02

   On the route into the Printing House, follow the planks over the crashed Printing House van, climb the stairs through the open window into the Empty House, and take Printing Plate A from the first bedroom.

3. 03

   After fixing the crane and using its claw to move the whale, climb the exterior ladder into the house directly north of the Fire Department (the Academic's Apartment). Printing Plate B is on the desk in the first room.

4. 04

   Return to the Printing House secret room and insert Printing Plate A, Printing Plate B, and Printing Plate C. Confirm you are looking at the 3×3 grid; the fixed click route below assumes the starting board shown by the evidence.

5. 05

   Press the grid positions in this order: Bottom-left → Bottom-right → Center → Top-right → Center → Bottom-left. The second Center and Bottom-left are deliberate repeat presses.

6. 06

   Remember that each click flips the selected square and the adjacent plus-shaped cross, so the board changes around every press.

7. 07

   Select Validate or the equivalent confirm control after the six presses.

02 · Confirm

What success looks like.

• All nine squares form the complete gold pattern on the press grid.
• The printing press visibly comes down and prints the paper.
• Gold gives Cutter’s Sturdy Stock, a shotgun accessory that increases damage when you shoot an enemy in the back.
• Silver gives two Dream Essence instead.

03 · Boundaries

Before you retry.

• The fixed sequence is tied to the evidence's starting state after all three printing plates are inserted; it is not claimed to solve an arbitrary randomized or already-clicked board.
• Plate B becomes reachable only after the crane-claw route opens the house north of the Fire Department. If the exterior ladder or house route is still blocked, continue that objective before searching the Printing House again.
• The press breaks after one solution. Choose gold or silver before you Validate: this fixed six-press route documents the evidenced gold result; the sources confirm the silver reward but not a separate silver click order here.
• If your board starts differently, exit or reload the puzzle and confirm the three plates are inserted before retrying the six presses.

04 · Undo

If it does not trigger.

• If the pattern is not complete after the sixth press, do not Validate. Exit or reload the puzzle and return to the known starting state before trying the sequence again.
• If Validate rejects the grid, reload the previous puzzle state rather than inventing a new order; no files, mods, or save edits are required for this solution.
