Printing Press puzzle solution

01 · Do this

Follow the route in order.

1. 01

   Insert Printing Plate A, Printing Plate B, and Printing Plate C, then confirm you are looking at the Printing Press 3×3 grid. This route assumes the starting board shown by the evidence.

2. 02

   Press the grid positions in this order: Bottom-left → Bottom-right → Center → Top-right → Center → Bottom-left. The second Center and Bottom-left are deliberate repeat presses.

3. 03

   Remember that each click flips the selected square and the adjacent plus-shaped cross, so the board changes around every press.

4. 04

   Select Validate or the equivalent confirm control after the six presses.

02 · Confirm

What success looks like.

• All nine squares form the complete gold pattern on the press grid.
• The printing press visibly comes down and prints the paper.
• Cutter’s Sturdy Stock becomes available to take after the printing feedback.

03 · Boundaries

Before you retry.

• The fixed sequence is tied to the evidence's starting state after all three printing plates are inserted; it is not claimed to solve an arbitrary randomized or already-clicked board.
• Use the visible gold pattern, the press movement, and the printed paper as the success checks. Do not infer an extra plate location or hidden mechanism from this route.
• If your board starts differently, exit or reload the puzzle and confirm the three plates are inserted before retrying the six presses.

04 · Undo

If it does not trigger.

• If the pattern is not complete after the sixth press, do not Validate. Exit or reload the puzzle and return to the known starting state before trying the sequence again.
• If Validate rejects the grid, reload the previous puzzle state rather than inventing a new order; no files, mods, or save edits are required for this solution.
